To thrive as an Encapsulation Technician, you typically need a background in manufacturing or pharmaceutical processes, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of safety and quality standards. Familiarity with encapsulation machinery, automated production systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification is often required.
