We are seeking a Graphic and Multimedia Designer to support the creation of engaging, high-quality communications materials that strengthen our brand and connect with employees, customers, stakeholders, and communities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal partners across the organization to design compelling print and digital assets that support business objectives while maintaining brand consistency and excellence.

What You Will Do:
  • Design and produce high-quality visual communications materials for print and digital channels, including presentations, advertisements, newsletters, social media assets, integrated multimedia experiences, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with internal clients and communications partners to develop creative concepts, illustrations, graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling solutions.

  • Capture, edit, and optimize photography and video content to produce short-form multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, animations for utility communications, campaigns, events, executive communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support the development of branded visual assets that align with Enbridge's design standards and communication objectives.

  • Consult with clients to understand project requirements, define scope, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

  • Support all stages of content development, including concept creation, storyboarding, shot planning, scripting, and creative development to ensure successful execution of projects.

  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across business units and communication channels and support brand compliance reviews.

  • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering creative, customer-focused solutions that support business goals.

Who You Are:
  • A related university degree or technical diploma with limited experience OR a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in both Mac and PC environments.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt design approaches to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including employees, customers, leadership teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • A team player with a creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience within the energy, utility, or natural gas industry.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity.

  • Experience supporting corporate communications, marketing, or employee engagement initiatives.

Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role

  • Occasional travel (10-15%) may be required for meetings and team collaboration.

  • Regular interaction with a variety of internal stakeholders across the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, with occasional evening or weekend work required to support special projects and business needs.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary:
  • Ranges from $62,800 - $72,300 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Ranges from $55,800 - $72,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
