Job Description:  

We are looking for a dynamic People Enablement Specialist to champion the organization’s productivity, growth, and workplace culture. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human resources, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. You will be the primary driver behind removing administrative roadblocks, empowering individuals with the right tools, and scaling our learning initiatives.

You will also support our diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) efforts by helping coordinate the DEIA Taskforce, contributing to inclusive initiatives, and assisting with company events that foster connection, belonging, and a vibrant workplace community.

Productivity & Process Optimization

  • Support with streamlining operations through identifying, implementing, and maintaining internal tools and resources that optimize daily workflows.
  • Actively audit and eliminate administrative bottlenecks that slow team progress through supporting and identifying barriers that create roadblocks.
  • Create resources that develop clear documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure self-service clarity for all employees.
  • Lead project management for people and culture to ensure productivity.

DEIA & Culture Support & Allyship

  • Support strategic initiatives as a partner and core operational leader for the internal DEIA Taskforce.
  • Translate diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility strategies into actionable, company-wide initiatives that support staff and the community we serve.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events that foster a sense of belonging and strengthen company culture.
  • Support in the management of People + Culture communications, including maintaining SharePoint.

Learning & Development (L&D) Support

  • Partner closely with the L&D Generalist and to coordinate, scale, and improve training programs.
  • Assist in delivering continuous learning tracks and seamlessly integrating enablement tools into employee career pathsto improve onboarding and growth opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze data on training effectiveness and tool adoption to iterate on future programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring - (Competencies): 

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Employee Experience, or Project Management.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize workplace productivity tools (e.g., ADP, Teams, Jira, HRIS, or LMS platforms).
  • Demonstrated passion for and experience with driving DEIA initiatives and cultural taskforces.
  • Strong organization skills with a track record of planning engaging virtual, hybrid, or in-person team events.
  • Exceptional universal communication skills, with the ability to write clear processes and present to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with people across diverse backgrounds, skill levels, abilities, and business units.
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive, peer-to-peer mindset focused on helping others bypass bureaucratic hurdles.
