Job description

About Netcraft
Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We're a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked over 225 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.
Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.
That passion shapes how we work, too. We're proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we've built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will execute the post-sale side of Netcraft's go-to-market motion by turning Netcraft's positioning and messaging into the renewal and expansion content, campaigns, proof points, and enablement that Customer Success and Sales use every day. You will help bring the customer voice to life through credible stories, outcomes, and evidence that make Netcraft's value clear to existing customers, the market, and internal teams. You will also support the overall GTM motion and product launches, making sure existing customers understand new capabilities in a way that drives adoption, retention, and expansion.
You will work closely with the rest of the Product Marketing team and our commercial organization. When new product capabilities or positioning are launched, you will translate them into renewal messaging, customer communications, and sales enablement materials. When customer conversations reveal renewal, churn, adoption, expansion, or proof opportunities that could inform future positioning, you will surface those insights and act as a voice of customer connection to the business.
Day to Day, You Will:
  • Translate Netcraft's positioning and message house into renewal and expansion messaging for target accounts, working closely with Account Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Be involved in building pre & post-sale enablement, including talk tracks, expansion plays, objection handling, and customer-facing proof points.
  • Turn launch messaging into customer-facing communications that drive adoption of new capabilities.
  • Brief Customer Success and Support teams on what is shipping, what it means for existing customers, and how to communicate its value clearly.
  • Own the customer case study program, from sourcing candidates and running interviews to shaping the narrative and supporting content production.
  • Manage customer review activity, including timing the ask, reducing friction for customers, and turning customer feedback into usable proof.
  • Maintain a library of customer quotes, metrics, outcomes, and proof points for use across collateral, campaigns, and sales conversations.
  • Support the Customer Advisory Board with materials, logistics, and follow-up recaps.
  • Be part of insight loops with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product to surface adoption blockers, expansion patterns, customer proof opportunities, and competitive signals.
  • Produce the quarterly customer newsletter, bringing together product value, usage stories, customer wins, launch updates, and relevant cybercrime threat insights.
  • Report on proof assets produced, enablement adoption, and campaign engagement, recognising that retention and net revenue retention are outcomes this role supports rather than owns directly.
You Will Need:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or go-to-market marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with Customer Success and Sales teams to turn account context, customer needs, and commercial priorities into content, campaigns, and enablement materials.
  • The ability to translate strategic messaging into practical customer-facing materials without needing to set positioning independently.
  • A strong post-sale go-to-market mindset, with an understanding of how proof, enablement, and customer communication support adoption, renewal, and expansion after the deal closes.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across emails, messaging, customer newsletters, proof points, and customer quotes.
  • Confidence interviewing customers and shaping what they share into clear, credible stories that Sales and Customer Success can use.
  • A practical instinct for segmentation, including the ability to identify at-risk accounts, expansion-ready customers, and strong proof candidates without waiting for perfect data.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, interviews, campaigns, and deadlines in parallel.
  • Sound judgment about what to handle directly, what to escalate, and when to surface customer signals.
  • Self-motivation, determination, resilience, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • A genuine interest in cybercrime and internet security, including threats such as phishing, malware, brand abuse, and online fraud. Cybersecurity experience is beneficial but not required.
The Rewards Package:
  • 33 days vacation - includes national holidays which can be worked if you prefer
  • Generous enhanced family leave and pay
  • Enhanced sick pay, increasing with length of service
  • Equity Tracking Units allowing you to share in Netcraft's long term success (eligibility criteria apply)
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
  • 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan with employer match
  • Comprehensive private health cover, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Meals, snacks, and drinks provided in the office
  • Two paid Learning & Development days per year plus access to learning resources such as Udemy and Coursera to support your career
  • Two Volunteering Days per year, to allow you to contribute to your wider community or charity
  • Spot reward bonus scheme to reward truly outstanding contributions
  • Employee Referral Bonus scheme

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
This is deeply important to us. Through our ally network, we support under-represented groups and maintain a working environment free from bias, harassment, or discrimination. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
We're also happy to make adjustments to the hiring process to ensure every candidate can participate fully.
Please note: Netcraft does not accept unsolicited approaches from external recruiters.
