About The Role
Essity is currently looking for an experienced Distributor Enablement Specialist. The Distributor Enablement Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of Sysco Operating Sites on a regional level (West) to drive Tork sales to end-customers. The profile builds strong relationships with Sysco Sales Consultants, Essity's broker partner and local Sysco stakeholders, empowers SCs and brokers through training and co-selling, and influences Sysco and end customers to make Tork their preferred partner. They also drive execution of Essity sales strategies and identify and pursue up and cross-selling opportunities to grow engagements and increase penetration.
This will be a remote position responsible for covering the Western US Regions. The ideal candidate must live in the following metropolitan areas with access to a major airport: Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Seattle.

What You Will Do
  • Support West Region Sysco sales process aimed at end-customers, including co-selling with Essity's broker partner and Sysco Sales Consultants to win and grow accounts
  • Contribute to the negotiation and deal closure of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute Essity sales strategies with Sysco Sites
  • Deliver regular training sessions for Essity's broker partner and Sysco Sales Consultants on products, value propositions, and selling techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Essity's broker partner, Sysco Sales Consultants and local Sysco management
  • Collaborate with internal functions to resolve inquiries and meet Sysco's needs
  • Identify and pursue up- and cross-selling opportunities to increase Tork share within Sysco's portfolio
  • Execute decisions of commercial leadership over commercial strategy, pricing, investments, contracts or customer terms
  • Analyze Sysco sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and guide performance
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, track performance, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Execute end customer sales presentation and Sysco Business reviews as needed.
  • Apply the Professional Hygiene / Tork way of selling consistently in all customer-facing interactions
  • Must be willing to travel a minimum of 60% of the time within their geographical coverage.

Who You Are
  • Higher education qualification or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in B2B sales with distributors or indirect channels - broadline foodservice distribution experience preferred but not required.
  • Track record in managing customer relationships, influencing without direct authority, and collaborating successfully to build alignment with brokers and/or distributor sales representatives, share insights, and present a unified front
  • Knowledge of delivering effective training, to transfer product knowledge, selling techniques, and value messages in a clear and motivational way
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with account management and customer analysis tools (e.g., CRM dashboards, forecasting tools, Excel, PowerBI) to monitor progress and track performance, resolve issues, and grow engagement through upselling and cross-selling
  • Very good communication skills and ability to craft persuasive narratives, present value proposition clearly, and adapt message to different audiences
  • Financial acumen and the ability to analyze metrics, interpret trends, and connect sales activities to the P&L, supporting better decisions and stronger commercial outcomes
