$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!


Fuse Staffing is currently hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for commercial and industrial construction projects in The Woodlands/Houston area. We are looking for skilled electricians with experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems in large-scale construction environments. We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus to qualified electricians.


Our electricians work on projects including warehouses, data centers, hospitals, schools, office buildings, retail facilities, manufacturing plants, water plants, refineries, and other commercial construction sites.


*Commercial Electrician Responsibilities*

  • Install electrical systems, equipment, and components according to project specifications and NEC standards
  • Install and bend EMT, rigid conduit, and other raceway systems
  • Perform wire pulls, cable installation, and terminations
  • Install and connect panels, disconnects, transformers, switchgear, lighting, devices, and electrical equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform quality inspections
  • Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and electrical measuring devices safely
  • Work alongside foremen, project managers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following OSHA and jobsite safety requirements


*Commercial Electrician Qualifications*

  • 3+ years of commercial electrical construction experience preferred
  • Experience with commercial and/or industrial electrical installations
  • Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints
  • Knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and installation methods
  • Experience bending conduit and performing electrical rough-in work
  • Ability to install and terminate electrical equipment and devices
  • Must have a valid TDLR electrician license or apprentice registration
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites
  • Strong work ethic, attendance, and commitment to safety
