AEC Medical Transport & Rapid Response

AEC Medical Transport & Rapid Response is a leading private ambulance service specializing in inter-facility transport. We are looking for dedicated and skilled emergency medical technicians (EMTs) to join our professional team and help us continue delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and medical transportation in both emergency and non-emergency settings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to calls, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Operate and maintain ambulance equipment according to company protocols and safety regulations.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and transport details.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, dispatchers, and first responders.
  • Uphold AEC's core values in all aspects of the job, ensuring professionalism and ethical conduct.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduation from high school or equivalent. Must be at least 19 years old or older at time of hire for insurance purposes. Successful completion of NREMT certification. Current NREMT and state EMT (or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire). Valid driver's license. Ability to drive company vehicles with a clean driving record. Successful completion of a state sponsored EVOC course or ability to obtain in 90 days. Current AHA BLS CPR or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire. Ability to provide quality patient care within scope of practice. Knowledge of all state protocols for an EMT. Ability to pass a lift test of 150 – 200 pounds. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to speak, read, and write English.
