Compensation: Based on full time equivalent experience in an ambulance or hospital setting. $18.50-$21.86/hour

Did you ever imagine where your career in EMS might lead you? Well, at Stadium Medical, clinicians get to experience a one-of-a-kind journey. Here, we don't just work inside ambulances on a street corner post; we're incorporated with our hospital partners, on the sidelines of professional, collegiate, and high school sports events, at major concert venues, and diverse gatherings. It's a chance to apply your emergency medicine skillset in a range of environments, from the adrenaline-filled atmosphere of sports arenas and concerts to the vibrant, rural areas of Golden, and Summit County Colorado. Ready to test your skills in every setting imaginable? Welcome to your new office.

As a member of our team, you'll benefit from a wide range of training opportunities that are available both during and outside of your shifts. We understand the importance of hands-on experience, especially given our diverse service model encompassing special events, 911 response, and interfacility transport. As a state training site, we take pride in offering a variety of training programs tailored to our unique service needs. From specialty venue-specific training to scenario-based or mass scale exercises, we provide ample opportunities for hands-on learning and skill refinement right here in-house.

With bi-monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings, our Pre-Hospital and Medical Direction team takes a uniquely hands-on approach to ensuring excellence in patient care. These meetings provide a forum for ongoing feedback and support, fostering an environment where we're constantly striving to raise the bar on quality and patient outcomes. As EMS evolves, so do we. Expanding the capabilities of our EMT's, EMT-I's, AEMT's, Paramedics and Advanced Practice Paramedics, our providers stand out from the rest.

One example of our dedication to excellence is evident in our community's bystander CPR intervention survival rate. According to the latest Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival Report (CARES), our 2023 survival rate stood at an impressive 52%, significantly surpassing the national average of 41.2%. This achievement is a testament to the tireless efforts of our team and our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

And, of course, in our increasingly virtual landscape, Stadium Medical has recently invested in a cutting-edge Learning Management System through UKG. Going live in Q3 2024, this state-of-the-art platform will provide our team with a wealth of agency education resources, covering both operational and clinical aspects of our work. From the latest protocols and procedures to specialized training modules, our staff will be able to access a comprehensive library of resources tailored to their needs and interests.

Here, we don't just settle for meeting expectations—we exceed them. Join us in our pursuit of excellence, and be part of a team that's making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. Current Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. EVOC certificate provided in-house, IV Certificate must be obtained within 60 days of hire date. Post offer, pre-employment physical examinations/medical history check. ICS certifications preferred. Technical aptitude required.

Schedule: Minimum 80 Hours per Month.
