Position Details

The Department ofHistory, Geography andLegal Studiesin the College of Social Sciences, Mathematics and Education at The University of Tampa invites applications for a part-time instructor to teach Geography.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Create syllabus and other course related materials.

2. Teach course(s) according to departmental guidelines.

3. Provide meeting times for students.

4. Complete course grading and submit final grades in the online system.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Master's Degree in Geography required; doctorate preferred.

2. Experience teaching college-level Geography.

3. Experience teaching Geographic Information Systems is also desirable.
