Job description

26-079 Permanent Full-Time Position - PCP - Lac La Biche (12-Hour Car)

Associated Ambulance is currently accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Permanent Full-Time Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) position based out of our Lac La Biche Station.


The successful applicant(s) must possess the following qualifications:

  • Valid ACoP Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) practice permit meeting the requirements for EMS practice in Alberta.
  • Current, valid Alberta Class 4 driver's licence.
  • Current mandatory training requirements, including MCP and PDIC.


In accordance with the Core Values and Strategic Direction of Associated Ambulance, the key priorities within the organization are quality, patient safety, and employee safety. Responsibility for these priorities is shared by all employees, and a commitment to continuous improvement in quality and safety is an essential expectation of every position.


The successful applicant(s) will work a4-on, 4-off rotation consisting of 12-hour shifts. Applicants must disclose in their Expression of Interest any outside commitments that may impact their ability to fulfill the requirements of this full-time position.
