[About the Role]
Join a dynamic team as a Call Centre Operator L2, where you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality customer service for a leading organization in the US East region. This on-site position in Illinois offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with opportunities to expand your expertise in ITES/BPO/KPO operations. [Responsibilities]
- Achieve daily productivity targets and ensure timely task completion across written, verbal, and phone communications.
- Deliver accurate and high-quality customer interactions while strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills by resolving customer queries and executing operational processes.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain outstanding audit ratings.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Adapt quickly to process updates and changes in a dynamic setting.
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation.

- Proven experience in customer service, call center, ITES, BPO, or KPO operations.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
