EMR USA is seeking a driven and ambitious Manager Trainee to join our Houston team. This is a hands-on leadership development role designed to build future operations leaders in the metal recycling industry.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Work Environment
This is a physically active, outdoor role in an industrial setting. You will:
  • Work in varying weather conditions
  • Be exposed to machinery and high noise levels (hearing protection required)
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Occasionally work in confined spaces
