EMR USA is seeking a driven and ambitious Manager Trainee to join our Houston team. This is a hands-on leadership development role designed to build future operations leaders in the metal recycling industry.
As a Manager Trainee, you'll gain real-world experience from the ground up-starting in the yard and progressing into management through mentorship and structured training. If you're a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for operations, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Work Environment
This is a physically active, outdoor role in an industrial setting. You will:
  • Work in varying weather conditions
  • Be exposed to machinery and high noise levels (hearing protection required)
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Occasionally work in confined spaces
