About HSL

High Sec Labs (HSL) is a global leader in the development of secure KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) switch technologies and signal isolation solutions. Our products are trusted worldwide to safeguard sensitive data at the desktop, in operations centers, and in meeting rooms by bridging the gap between isolated networks in the most secure environments on earth.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-performing Director of Sales to spearhead our expansion and drive revenue growth across the North American market.

Position Overview

As the Director of Sales for North America, you will own the regional go-to-market strategy, build high-performing sales channels, and directly accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding HSL’s footprint across federal agencies, the Department of Defense (DoD), defense contractors, aerospace, and heavily regulated commercial sectors including critical infrastructure, banking, and healthcare.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling audio-visual solutions through government and system integrator channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across federal, defense, and regulated commercial sectors.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with government contractors, systems integrators, and value-added resellers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen HSL’s presence in the federal and defense ecosystem.

Direct Sales & Account Acquisition

  • Lead high-value, complex sales cycles with federal agencies, defense contractors, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive new business development while expanding existing customer relationships.

Market Positioning

  • Position HSL’s secure KVM and signal isolation portfolio against competitors by emphasizing compliance advantages, technical superiority, and hardware-level isolation capabilities.
  • Represent HSL at trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and scale a lean, agile team of sales professionals and support engineering managers as the business grows.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the voice of the North American customer by working closely with product management and engineering teams.
  • Help align the product roadmap with evolving U.S. cybersecurity mandates and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience managing a successful sales team.
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, defense acquisition cycles, and system integrator ecosystems.
  • Strong familiarity with ProAV environments and the importance of secure KVMs in multi-domain or cross-domain environments.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and develop strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with HSL’s Israel-based headquarters.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with aggressive, uncapped commission structure (OTE)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Accident, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) matching program
  • Opportunity to join a growing global cybersecurity and secure communications leader

Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site position located in Huntsville, Alabama
  • Frequent travel required throughout North America
