Job description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Employment Attorneys in its Orange County, CA office with at least 3 years of experience and welcomes all experienced attorneys to apply.

Ideal candidates should have experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including Wage & Hour Class and PAGA actions, employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies. Candidates should have experience handling all aspects of litigation such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances.

This role is ideal for attorneys who are energized by employment litigation and are passionate about achieving results for clients. This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Motions and discovery experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.


For this role, we are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of Wage & Hour Class Action and PAGA experience for our Orange County office. The pay range for this role is: $150,000- $275,000+ depending on the specific level of experience. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
