    • Position Summary
    • Temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study student assistant position available in Alumni Relations.
    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after August 24, 2026 and ending on or before May 31, 2027.
    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Demonstrates basic clerical duties, including data entry, sorting and research.
      • Assist staff with various projects including social media content, digital Alumni Association cards, file maintenance, document preparation and scheduling.
      • Maintain professional correspondence with university constituents.
      • Assist with special events including on site assistance at selected events as necessary; greeting, recording RSVP's, event set up, etc.
      • Attend alumni department monthly meetings.

      Other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates excellent communication, troubleshooting and research skills.
      • Demonstrates the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
      • Demonstrates the ability to take on project responsibilities independently, with general supervision.
      • Demonstrated beginner to intermediate graphic design skills.
      • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

    • $16.90 per hour.
