Job Description
The Sales Engagement Program Manager provides analytical, operational, and enablement support for the Salesforce Sales Engagement program, with a focus on equipping sales teams to deepen relationships with small-to-midsized business clients and prospects. This role helps design and maintain sales cadences, email templates, call scripts, performance reporting, and educational resources that support effective client and prospect engagement. The role partners with business and sales leaders, Salesforce administrators, risk partners, and enablement teams to support execution, improve adoption, and strengthen the effectiveness of Sales Engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce Sales Engagement program administration to improve banker productivity, strengthen client outreach, and drive revenue growth with small business clients and prospects.
- Assist with building, testing, and maintaining sales cadences that guide business bankers through timely client outreach activities, including emails, calls, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Help design and analyze performance reporting to measure program impact, identify trends, and surface opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement by gathering user feedback, documenting pain points, researching best practices, and recommending practical enhancements to cadences, templates, reporting, and enablement materials.
- Coordinate with business, sales enablement, marketing, risk, and technology partners to support content reviews, approval workflows, launch readiness, and program governance.
- Assist with onboarding, refresher training, office hours, communications, and change management activities that help users understand when and how to use Sales Engagement effectively.
- Maintain program documentation, action item trackers, and enhancement backlogs to ensure the program remains organized and transparent.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Five or more years of experience in financial sales, sales enablement, program coordination, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Comfort working with data, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic performance metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear program updates and enablement materials that support effective user adoption.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, track follow-ups, and support multiple priorities at the same time.
- Experience using or supporting Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Engagement, Sales Cloud, CRM tools, sales automation tools, or marketing/email outreach platforms.
- Knowledge of business banking products, sales processes, sales routines, or client engagement strategies.
- Experience supporting training, office hours, user adoption, change management, communications, or enablement efforts for sales or client-facing teams.
- Ability to translate user feedback into clear themes, practical recommendations, and well-documented enhancement requests.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, compliance, and consistent execution.
- Passion for sales technology, banker enablement, client engagement, process improvement, and helping business banking sales teams work more efficiently.
**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**
