Administrative Support
Salary Range: $19.23 - $24.04
Empirical is looking to hire motivated Administrative Support to join our growing team!
The Opportunity
The individual provides support to consulting teams, including administrative support (meeting scheduling, conference logistics), consulting records support (publishing, retention, organization), communications support, and related project team support.
  • Coordinates operational administrative activities and resources for the assigned service area
  • Receives, researches, gathers information, and processes requests and/or responds to inquiries
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
    Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, guidance, and summary
  • Providing advanced internal and external customer service
Job Requirements
  • An Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Proper etiquette in handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion
  • Project and resource coordination methods
  • Managing time and shifting priorities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, as applied to interactions with coworkers, supervisors, the general public, etc., are sufficient to exchange information and receive work direction.
  • Ability to complete a background investigation and credit check, as well as being able to obtain a security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is contractually required.
