This full-time position requires a dedicated professional who specializes in telehealth counseling to provide comprehensive mental health support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy and counseling sessions, creating a supportive and therapeutic virtual environment for clients.
  • Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques in sessions, ensuring clients receive high-quality care that adheres to established best practices and medical necessity guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in a HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, documenting treatment progress and client interactions.
  • Timely respond to client inquiries and provide necessary follow-ups, ensuring accessibility and support for clients between sessions.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training and supervision while upholding ethical standards in all counseling practices.
  • Maintain a professional virtual office, including a dedicated space for virtual visits, while adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams within the organization to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
