The Healing Place Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually and comes with a sign-on bonus. As an LMHC, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals towards emotional wellness, recovery, and independence.

Work EnvironmentAs a full-time LMHC, you will work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule that enhances work-life balance. - Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies as directed by the clinical team to monitor client progress effectively.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement in therapy.
- Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining our standard of excellence in mental health care delivery.

Qualifications- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Successfully completed full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
- Must be eligible for licensure in accordance with state regulations.
- A valid driver's license in good standing, enabling local travel when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for quickly building rapport and fostering trust with clients.
