• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to address a broad range of mental health concerns for an array of clients, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions.
• Cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages clients to express their thoughts and feelings, enabling deeper exploration of issues affecting their mental health.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic treatment goals and engage them in developing actionable strategies to achieve these goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities to formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and progress.
• Document all sessions accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Mystic Bridge to Wellness, you will work with clients who often require tailored approaches to address their specific emotional and psychological needs. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active Georgia state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building therapeutic alliances.

• Experience working with electronic health record systems to manage patient documentation and treatment plans is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is advantageous in facilitating sessions effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
