Horowitz Health is hiring and we want you to be a part of the team!
Our IRTS facility located in St Paul supports clients' behavioral health and other skills that help them transition to a more independent setting.
We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Behavioral Health Practitioners to support the clients with skills, offering client education, rehabilitative mental health services, functional assessments, level of care (LOC) assessments, and treatment plans to adult patients under the treatment supervision of a Mental Health Professional.
Requirements
Education/Licensure/Certification/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field preferred, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human services, or a related discipline.
  • May qualify through a combination of education and supervised experience consistent with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) standards for mental health practitioners.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, emotional disturbances, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Behavioral Health Practitioner/Mental Health Practitioner under applicable Minnesota statutes.
