The Barron Team, led by CEO and founder Emma Barron Lefkowitz, is one of the top-producing real estate teams in San Diego County. Emma has been a licensed realtor for over 20 years and built the team from the ground up, from an independent brokerage with just a handful of people into a powerhouse of 25 agents and 5 admin staff, closing 250+ homes a year, and the team is still growing.

The Role
The Barron Team is hiring an Administrative Assistant, and it's one of the best jobs in the office. This is a hybrid role split between the office and the field, so no two days look exactly the same.
Out of the office
- Changing out lockboxes and signs at listings
- Meeting clients, inspectors, and appraisers for home inspections and appraisal appointments
- Helping plan and run client snd team events
In the office
- Supporting day to day office management
- Helping coordinate team meetings and team events
- Working directly with Emma on projects, gaining real hands-on experience and a genuine inside look at how a growing, successful team operates
This is a true growth role. The right person will learn the real estate business from the inside out, work closely with team leadership, and build skills that set them up for whatever comes next, whether that's a long-term career in real estate or somewhere else entirely.
Who We're Looking For
The Barron Team is looking for someone energetic and excited to be part of a growing team, someone who is eager to learn, always starts with yes, organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats. A college degree is preferred. A real estate license is a plus but not required. The team is happy to support the right candidate in getting licensed while working with them.
Bonus points for familiarity with AI tools. The Barron Team is actively building out its tech stack and becoming a more technologically enabled team, and would love someone curious about AI who wants to help push that forward.
