Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Spend quality time with our residents, getting to know them and their unique stories.
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming always with dignity and respect
  • Supportive Presence: Be there for emotional support, whether its sharing a laugh or offering a comforting hug.
  • Encouraging Independence: Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements. This includes daily living activities such as personal care, household chores, and cooking.
  • Creating Joy: Plan and participate in fun activities that bring joy and excitement to our home.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A heart full of compassion and kindness
  • A desire to make a difference
  • Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, and be able to successfully pass a background. Please note that this position will be a secondary staff so a driver's license is not a requirement .


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in direct care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
  • Level One Med Aid
  • Adult CPR/First Aid


Compensation:

  • Starting Rate: $18/Hour
  • $500 Sign On Bonus
    • $100 @ 30 Days
    • $200 @ 90 Days
    • $200 @ 6 Months
  • Relias Training Plan Bonus
    • $500 @ Level 2 (100 Hours)
    • $500 @ Level 3 (158 Hours/Completion)
  • 7% Raise After Training Plan Completion
    • Complete the Training Plan before 90 days and get a jump start on your PTO** accrual!
      • New hires that complete the Training Plan before their 90 days will be awarded immediate PTO accrual plus a bonus of 16 PTO hours upfront!
