Job description

The Emerging Technology and Simulation AV Specialist works under the Health Sciences Information Technology - Educational Technology Team supporting the University's six Health Science Schools.
This position supports the operation, maintenance, and advancement of audiovisual systems and immersive technologies used in simulation and instructional environments. This role partners with faculty, simulation staff, and IT to ensure reliable, high-quality learning experiences supported by integrated AV and extended reality (XR) technologies
The Emerging Technology and Simulation AV Specialist operates out of Scaife Hall and is primarily responsible for supporting our two Emerging Technology Labs and one clinical skills lab in Scaife Hall as well as a second clinical skills site at 5th Avenue and Halkett Street.
