Are you an experienced Emergency Veterinarian (DVM) looking to join a thriving, well-established emergency hospital? The Animal Emergency Center (AEC) of the Quad Cities is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our collaborative team of five doctors as we continue to grow.

Located just blocks from the scenic Mississippi River in Bettendorf, Iowa, our state-of-the-art emergency veterinary hospital has been serving pets and their families since 1999. We proudly provide emergency and critical care services to a population of more than 400,000 people while partnering with over 35 referring veterinary practices throughout the Quad Cities region.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and treat emergency and critical care patients.
  • Perform emergency surgeries and medical procedures.
  • Develop treatment plans and communicate with pet owners.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of veterinarians and veterinary support staff.
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency veterinary care.

Schedule

Full-Time

  • Average of 9-11 shifts per month
  • Includes a combination of evenings, weekends, and holidays

Part-Time

  • Average of 4-5 shifts per month
