Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:
  • Average Base + Production Compensation Range for Full-time: $150,000-$200,000
  • Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
