Our organization is currently seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to become part of our team in Fort Wayne, IN.

Role Overview

Full-time position (1.0 FTE)

  • Annual physician contact hours are approximately 1500 hours.
  • Shifts will be scheduled as either 8 or 12 hours.
  • Opportunity for a 2-year partnership track.
  • Parkview Regional Medical Center experiences around 65,000 patient visits each year.
  • Parkview Randallia Hospital sees about 60,000 patient visits annually.
  • Physicians will deliver specialized medical care tailored to patient requirements.
  • Responsibilities include managing a diverse range of patients with both serious and non-serious conditions, such as heart attacks, strokes, motor vehicle accidents, severe infections, and pneumonia. This involves conducting assessments, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments to stabilize or resuscitate patients before referring them to the appropriate medical departments.
  • EPIC EMR system is utilized.
  • 24/7 in-house support from Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, Cardiology, Intensivists, Hospitalists, and Radiologists.
  • Neurointervention services available around the clock.
  • Cardiac catheterization lab operational 24/7.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
