Our CARE Team is seeking a positive, hard-working individual who is capable of leading teams to restore water and fire damaged homes and contents. Applicants must be able to learn quickly and direct others to complete jobs in accordance with company procedures and industry guidelines. Previous IICRC experience is suggested but, not necessary. Applicants must have experience in restoration and in water mitigation. In addition, applicants must possess strong communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Criminal background check is required as well as a valid driver's license free of OWI's and DWI's.
Salary: $65,000+ bonus & commission
