Job Requirements

Starting Salary Range: $45,000 to 55,000 yearly

Swing/Sunrise Shift

Salaried (non-exempt) position with eligibility for overtime


As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delighting our guests. You'll lead and inspire a dynamic team, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant runs like a well-tuned machine.  What does a Restaurant Supervisor do?

  • Supervises staff and maintains services levels. Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always identifies repeat guests. Ensures staff is friendly and welcoming at all times.
  • Maintains knowledge of F&B Operation's internal functions, controls and software updates and takes the initiative to convey pertinent information to employees regarding policy changes.
  • Ensures efficiency and accurate performance standards are met by maintaining communication with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls.
  • Demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always identifies repeat guests.
  • Maintains professional rapport and confidentiality in communicating with other departments as required by procedure (i.e. IT, Gaming Commission, Security, Surveillance, Games, Nation Police, Payroll, HR and Marketing).
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring that employees are trained/developed in F&B Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.
  • Is always available to assist F&B employees at designated outlet locations as needed.
  • Regularly monitors the inventory of all F&B supplies and orders supplies as needed.
  • Assists with Room Service as necessary.
  • Remains current on daily and weekly bus schedules, tracks banquet event orders that may affect business.
  • Understands and maintains the highest quality of food and service levels.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Previous supervisory and F&B experience required.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
  • Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
