Opportunity Details
Position Title: BC Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Location: Panama City, FL
Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited psychiatric hospital. Located in the heart of beautiful Panama City, Florida, Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, active-duty service members and their families and veterans.
Position Overview:
Role: Hourly - BC PMHNP
Patient Population: Inpatient ages 12 and older
Schedule: Onsite rounding only, Saturday and Sunday from approximately 8a.m. to 5p.m.
Details: The location will on the main campus in Panama City, FL
Caseload: Average daily caseload will vary
Call requirement: No call required
Position Highlights/Duties:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Position duties include evaluations and assessments, medication management, daily care of patients and administrative duties as related to patient care.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Master's level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in psychiatry, PMHNP certification is required.
    Must have an active Florida license or the ability to obtain.
  • Must be willing to see ages 12 and older
