Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a supportive and empathetic approach.
  • Assess clients’ needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and cultural contexts.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, including but not limited to CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR, to effectively address various mental health concerns.
  • Document clients’ progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and discuss challenging cases.
  • Engage with client families to provide holistic support and improve overall treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists are expected to approach each client with cultural sensitivity, understanding their specific needs and customs. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Ability to provide psychotherapy services in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting, specifically with children, adults, and families.
  • Deep respect for diverse cultures and individual differences, fostering inclusivity in your therapeutic practice.
  • Experience working with clients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
  • A developed area of specialization, such as trauma, LGBTQ+, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, etc.
  • Willingness and ability to work as an in-network provider for at least one insurance panel.
  • Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) software and standard office applications.
  • Willingness to provide telehealth services in a HIPAA-compliant manner, along with occasional in-person sessions.
  • Ability to comply with the punctual attendance and scheduling requirements of the clinic, including evening and weekend availability.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
