Overview

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across independent Stores and American supermarket chains an overall total of 21 stores. EMD Sales Inc offering stability, competitive earning potential, and the opportunity to represent trusted brands in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Route Location is the following areas for the position: Lower Delaware Areas & Eastern Shore of Maryland Areas (21 Stores)

Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Account Management
  • Open, manage, and maintain accounts across independent stores, supermarket chains, and wholesalers.

  • Monitor inventory levels, damages, credits, slow-moving items, expiring products, and new product launches.

  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and bounced checks while maintaining accurate receivables records.

Sales Execution & Merchandising
  • Submit accurate orders 48 Hours in Advance.

  • Execute planograms and support new store openings and resets.

  • Lead in-store initiatives including product samplings, promotions, and grand openings.

Customer Relationships & Service
  • Deliver on all commitments to customers and management with professionalism.

  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional voicemail on company-issued devices.

  • Resolve DSD discrepancies promptly; unresolved issues may impact commission earnings.

Internal Collaboration
  • Participate in EMD trade shows, weekly Friday conference calls (3:30 PM), and monthly sales meetings.

  • Remain flexible during holidays and peak retail seasons (Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Compliance & Operations
  • Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, conduct, and professionalism.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, promotions, and product lines.

  • Use the AT&T Workforce Tracking System consistently and accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing

  • Vehicle insurance

  • Bilingual candidates preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and results-driven

  • Previous sales experience preferred, especially in retail, wholesale, or food distribution

Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
