Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for an Senior Embryologist to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time; rotating weekend and holidays

How You'll Contribute

In this role, the Senior Embryologist will:
  • Execute and oversee quality control procedures to ensure laboratory excellence
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory setup, media, and culture dishes
  • Perform sperm preparation and conventional insemination techniques
  • Assist with and carry out oocyte retrieval procedures
  • Conduct fertilization assessments and monitor embryo development
  • Perform embryo cryopreservation and thawing with precision
  • Execute embryo biopsy procedures
  • Perform Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

What You'll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratory
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex, detail-oriented work requiring sustained focus and technical precision
  • Proven ability to exercise sound, independent judgment in accordance with established laboratory protocols
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Capacity to interpret laboratory data and assess its clinical relevance
  • Proficiency with laboratory information systems and general computer applications
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
