The Opportunity
The David B. O'Maley College of Business is looking for a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach one section of an undergraduate-level course in Principles of Management. The course is offered face-to-face for Fall 2026 on our Daytona Beach campus. The prospective adjunct faculty will provide hands-on learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, management, or other closely related fields. A terminal degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching in academia and practical experience
  • Experience in the aviation and aerospace industry is strongly preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity; demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, online resources, and other technologies for the classroom.
