What You'll Do

As an Embroidery Operator at Miami Mixed Media, you’ll play a key role in bringing our designs to life. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on garments. - Ensuring embroidery quality, placement, and color accuracy. - Handling garments throughout the production process with care and precision. - Managing multiple tasks, including operating several machines or handling rush orders, while maintaining efficiency and quality. - Keeping your workstation, materials, and garments clean and organized. - Following instructions from managers and supervisors to meet production goals. - Communicating clearly with team members to address questions or resolve production issues.

What We're Looking For
