Job description

Customize That is looking for a highly motivated experienced Embroidery Machine Operator. Qualifications include 3+ years experience, the ability to trouble shoot/problem solve in a fast paced environment, time management and ability to meet deadlines. Multi-tasking and organizational skills also a must. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 40lbs.
*****PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE*****

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Operate commercial embroidery machines.
  • Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching.
  • Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts.
  • Thread needles and program machine settings as required.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments).
  • Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
