About the Role

We are seeking a McGriddle Operator 1 to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. As a McGriddle Operator 1, you will be accountable for supporting McGriddle mixing operations by preparing accurate ingredient blends, maintaining foodsafety compliance, and ensuring products meet quality specifications. This role is essential to maintain consistency, safety, and workflow efficiency within the McGriddle production process.

 

Shift & Schedule

  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
  • Weekend availability: Required

 

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00

 

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

  • Support McGriddle mixing operations by preparing accurate ingredient blends per specifications
  • Maintain product quality and foodsafety standards through adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and allergen controls
  • Assist the Mixer and perform Mixer responsibilities when covering as needed
  • Document production steps clearly and accurately to support traceability and compliance
  • Monitor ingredient usage, replenish bins, and communicate abnormalities or safety concerns to leadership
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and team members to meet production goals and support workflow needs

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or foodproduction environment
  • Ability to read, write, and complete legible documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely

 

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Experience in bakery production or ingredient handling
  • Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and foodsafety protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues or identify process concerns
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation
