We are looking for great people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, including rotating shifts, overtime, and a super culture of excellence. 

Our Production Operators (8-hour shifts) are responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring product quality through quality control procedures, communicating effectively with team members, and training new staff members.

**Employees can earn more than $33.00 per hour within their first two months, with the potential to earn more than $40.00 per hour through positionbased incentive pay. This compensation is supplemented by Gold Standard benefits, including comprehensive health coverage, a generous weekly employer contribution to a 401(k), and company matching on employee contributions with immediate 100% vesting.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry
  • Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members
  • Ability to train and mentor new staff members
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues
  • Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
