Job Details

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python, Java, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and code review. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, integrate, and test firmware for embedded systems in our manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and requirements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of software systems in Python, Java, and other programming languages.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Leverage DevOps practices to streamline and automate processes, enhance software quality, and improve team productivity.
  • Conduct code reviews, identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing systems, improving stability and performance.Stay abreast of the latest developments in embedded systems technologies and apply this knowledge to our operations.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded systems engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and other programming languages.
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Proven experience in conducting code reviews and implementing best practices in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware design and optimization.
