Job Summary:
Clearwater Analytics is seeking an Associate Software Development Engineer to design, implement, and manage software systems while continuously learning new technologies. This entry-level role involves coding, debugging, and collaborating with peers, with opportunities for mentorship and involvement in complex software projects as the individual progresses.
Responsibilities:
• Develop fundamental software engineering skills.
• Successfully collaborate with peers in all aspects of software development.
• Complete simple coding deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Positively incorporate feedback from manager and mentor(s).
• Learn the team’s business domain.
• Take initiative to ask questions to clarify understanding.
• Actively and constructively participate in submitting code for review.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and agile development.
• Understanding of Object Oriented programming.
