Job Summary:
Performs routine analyses using Electronic Engineering tools and standard instruments and test equipment, while positively impacting the organization's performance.Key Responsibilities:
Operates analytical instruments and equipment and performs physical analysis in support of production and non-production engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups. Acquires and interprets data and documents results; provides written results in a laboratory or technical report format when appropriate. Develops and documents laboratory methods. Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of instruments and equipment. Understands and applies appropriate company and department rules and guidelines to work. Works with and trains apprentices, trainees, and technicians. Interfaces with customers, suppliers, engineers, and other functions. Coordinates programs including planning, scheduling, ordering, and tracking. Participates in the maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions. Participates in improvement projects. Develops and gives presentations to customers and suppliers. Participates in self- and team-audits and associated corrective action.
