Job Description: Job Description Customer Engagement Manager -- High Consequence Mission (HCM) Sector Location: Fort Bragg, NC Target Market: DOD & Intelligence Community Position Overview Serves as the embedded Customer Engagement Manager for all customers on Fort Bragg in support of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). The Customer Engagement Manager will engage Fort Bragg customers and keep abreast of the latest developments from the NGA Program Office and facilitate any NGA personnel site visits to the customer they are embedded with. This position is wholly responsible for maintaining the customer relationships at their site. Requirements * Experience with mission requirements capture in at least two of the following: ISR, geospatial intelligence, data analysis and mission planning.
* 10+ years diversified experience in DoD programs
* Technical or Business degree preferred
* Demonstrated understanding of the customer network in one or more of the following: National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), US Army, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM), US Marine Corps, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
* Must be willing and able to travel, as required, 10-20%.
* Keen understanding of the Customer and their Mission
* Excellent verbal and written communication, in order to articulate customer requirements effectively
* Active TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a CI Poly
Desired Candidate Traits * Background in conducting training and/or writing programs of instruction (POIs) for software applications supporting military units or IC analysts
* Ability to translate mission requirements into technical requirements for action by engineering staff
* Basic understanding of software, data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
* Demonstrates ability to influence, inspire trust and establish & sustain credibility
* Previous experience working with units at Fort Bragg desired Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
