Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for controllers, sensors, and intelligent electromechanical products
  • Develop software architecture and embedded control solutions from concept through production launch
  • Optimize software performance, reliability, manufacturability, and overall system functionality
  • Participate in new product development activities using APQP and Stage-Gate methodologies
  • Perform software validation, verification, and system integration testing
  • Lead or support root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for embedded software and electrical systems
  • Evaluate customer specifications and develop scalable embedded software solutions
Qualifications
  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Must have 6+ years of embedded software development experience
  • Strong experience developing embedded systems using C/C++, Linux, and RTOS environments
  • Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, HTML, or React
  • Experience with embedded architecture, system integration, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of embedded debugging tools and real-time software development
  • Knowledge of embedded controllers, sensors, and electromechanical systems
  • Experience with APQP, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis (8D), and product development processes
