Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Bachelor's in STEM: Must
Shift: First
Start Time: 9:00 AM
End Time: 3:00 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?: No

Position Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and test software components and functions

  • Support development of software functional requirements

  • Support software architecture trades and revise existing architecture to meet new functions

  • Specify internal and external software interfaces

  • Conduct software test driven development

  • Conduct and support peer reviews on all software life cycle data

  • Contribute to the success of an Agile development team

  • Support sprint planning and meet sprint commitments

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

  • Experience with embedded (real-time) software development.

  • Proficient in Ada. P4 8+ years of experience

  • Experience with Agile development practices

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous technical experience in an aerospace environment.

  • Proficiency in design and implementation of multi-threaded real-time applications.

  • Self-motivated problem solver, capable of taking initiative with minimal instruction.

  • Able to problem solve in a clear and concise manner.

  • Possesses strong communication skills.

Education / Experience

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).
