Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers and technical contributors.
  • Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Balance technical leadership with hands-on software development, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product management, and quality.

  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and technical execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and development approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in embedded or real-time environments.
  • Recent hands-on experience developing embedded software in modern C++ (within the past 18–24 months) is required.
  • Experience working with Linux-based embedded systems.
  • 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience leading software development teams.
