Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers and technical contributors.
  • Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and development approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in embedded or real-time environments.
  • Recent hands-on experience developing embedded software in modern C++ (within the past 18โ€“24 months) is required.
  • Experience working with Linux-based embedded systems.
  • 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience leading software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, multithreaded applications, and system integration.
