- Professional experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

- Ability to understand HR business processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, production support or implementation activities.
- Exposure to one or more Oracle technologies such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, REST APIs, SOAP services or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience preparing functional or technical documentation.
- Participation in testing, issue resolution, deployment or application-support activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, project teams and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
