If you like writing software that runs close to the hardware-whether on embedded Linux or bare-metal-and you're motivated by work that actually matters, this role is built for you.
This is a chance to work on meaningful problems, expand your technical range, and contribute to missions that count. We're looking for driven engineers who want to grow quickly, take on real responsibility, and see their code make an impact in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design, Development, and Implementation
  • Developing drivers to interact with various embedded hardware peripheral devices
  • Formulating testing strategies for implemented code and executing those strategies
  • Learning new programming languages as necessary to control or interact with existing software or embedded hardware platforms

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development
  • Experience with Yocto/RTOS/Bare metal software deployments
  • Be detail oriented and an analytical problem solver
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
  • Willingness to learn new skills and the desire to constantly grow and become a better engineer

Benefits & Perks
As an Employee First company, we offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package:
  • 100% Company-paid medical insurance for employees
  • 100% Company-paid dental and vision insurance
  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • 25% 401k company contribution
  • Generous PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave, and volunteer time
  • Flexible work hours
  • Tuition reimbursement, training allowance, internal mobility opportunities
  • Free beverages and snacks, Donut Fridays, monthly social events

This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions; therefore, this posting is only for U.S. Citizens.
