Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of various firmware across products in the company.
- Design and develop robust and time-critical firmware architecture for power electronic systems and IoT connectivity
- Test systems regularly to identify potential bottlenecks and issues. Work with the hardware team to develop procedures to find hardware and software bugs.
- Provide systems level support and embedded Subject Matter Expertise across all areas of the product (electrical, hardware, software,, etc)
- Acting as a leader in a team of embedded systems engineers to deliver features on time and with quality
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience in designing, building and testing embedded systems
- Autonomy and leadership for managing multiple projects and priorities in line with targeted goals
- Teamwork oriented, and sense of leadership.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Real time operating system (RTOS) experience a plus
- Experience in motor control and/or power electronics a plus
- Experience in project management or technical leadership a plus
