Standard Job Description

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) – one of four business areas – designs, develops and manufactures precision‑engagement aerospace and defense solutions for U.S. and allied forces. MFC seeks an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager to lead and grow a software‑engineering team, support department and directorate initiatives, and drive technical excellence, affordability, and program execution. In this role you’ll join a large network of software professionals, applying cutting‑edge technologies to existing and new platforms that address challenges in aircraft flight command & control, air‑traffic control, health care, and homeland defense. Because MFC is a matrixed organization, you’ll interact with multiple programs throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities
Travel may be required to customer and supplier sites, both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS).
