Job description

Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL as a Senior Product Manager on the Developer Ecosystem & Partner Platform team. We create the building blocks that let partners and developers extend BILL-reliable APIs, intuitive integration paths, and a cohesive endtoend developer experience. In this highly technical, crossfunctional role, you'll shape platform capabilities that enable direct developers, app publishers, and embedded partners to integrate, build, and scale with confidence.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering and partnerfacing teams to deliver platform features that are easy to adopt and built for scale. Your work will power real customer use cases across BILL's product surface area and accelerate ecosystem growth-so developers can spend less time on plumbing and more time creating value.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of core Developer Platform initiatives that enable efficient partner and developer integrations.

  • Define, prioritize, and deliver a clear roadmap for APIs, integration workflows, and platform capabilities that support a growing ecosystem.

  • Partner with engineering and adjacent BILL product teams to ship highquality, scalable platform features.

  • Gather, synthesize, and translate feedback from developers, partners, and internal stakeholders into crisp product requirements and user stories.

  • Elevate the endtoend developer experience-APIs, documentation, onboarding, and integration tooling-in close collaboration with technical writers.

  • Use data, instrumentation, and qualitative insights to measure outcomes and continuously iterate on platform usability and reliability.

We'd love to chat if you have:

  • Product management experience building developer platforms, APIs, or partner ecosystems.

  • Strong technical fluency and a history of working closely with engineers.

  • A customer and partnercentric mindset with a passion for enabling others to succeed.

  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of effective crossfunctional collaboration.

  • Proven ability to deliver results in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience improving API developer experience (DX), documentation systems, and onboarding flows.

  • Background working with embedded partners or thirdparty app marketplaces.

Visa Sponsorship:  Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
